Progress Report: Made Polish Kielbasa and Italian sausage using KitchenAid and meat grinder and sausage attachments. Good results. Need to setup the manual meat grinder and try some smoked sausage.

Progress Report: Welded smoker was not a success by any measure. We tried to make it out of scrap metal and made the plans as we went. It leaked smoke and the temperature was hard to control. We ended up buying one as TSC.
